I've been leading the product design and creative direction across three platforms at Blings, building and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of designers along the way. I established our in-house creative studio, responsible for everything from product design to motion graphics and marketing content, while shaping and refining Blings's brand identity. I've streamlined internal collaboration between product, design, and engineering teams, leading cross-functional squads and coordinating with freelancers on diverse projects to ensure quality, consistency, and innovation.
